Wall Yoga – Experience a whole new adventure of playing with Yoga!  Wall Yoga with mat and wall work adds a new dimension to your flow by incorporating endless possibilities of mat and wall yoga flow.  Both programs incorporate Colette’s time tested theory in her own practice called “Muscle Memory Concept”.

Barry Method – A blend of yoga, Pilates and a gravity board   Experience a whole body workout from aerobic to core work with Pilates and intense “stretchabililty” of yoga all under a one hour session of the Barry Method.  We pride ourselves that every session is fun, rejuvenation and obviously innovative!  What Barry Method offers:
