- Exercise – The final reason that yoga is good for children with ADD is that it provides them with some exercise. Every child needs exercise, and this is a fun way to exercise without it feeling like exercise.
These are the five reasons that yoga is good for children with ADD. Although yoga may not be a cure and children may still need to take the medicine, it can help a great deal and compliment the other therapies that the child is going through for ADD. Try and get your child in a yoga class and see how he or she does. You may find that their ADD is improving as the yoga becomes a regular part of their routine.
